Certain coach day excursions may require earlier or later start times. On these occasions the tour code will be shown to indicate this situation, for example if the Collection Code is
“A-2” the pick up time will be 2 hours earlier than "A" and "B+8" is 8 hours later than "B"
COACH DAY EXCURSION
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You can cancel any coach day excursion, however, will lose the full payment of the full advertised amount of such coach day excursion which includes any tickets and entry fees should the cancellation be made 0-7 days before departure.
Sovereign Coaches will issue refunds less 30% cancellation fee on the full advertised amount of such coach day excursion where the cancellation is made over 7 days prior to departure. Refunds will be issued regardless of the cancellation circumstances.
All applications for cancellations must be directly to Sovereign Coaches and not via a booking agent regardless of where the booking was made.
You will be required to return your coach ticket to Sovereign Coaches in order to obtain a refund.
Vouchers will not be returned nor refund equivalent awarded where a voucher has been used to purchase a ticket for a coach day excursion.
Child price packages are determined by the terms of places of interest therefore child pricing criteria is set on each individual day excursion.
